Dead on Arrival (DOA) Coverage:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Please email info@dwellize.shop or call +1 770-570-0679 with:

Your order number

Description of the damage or defect

Clear photos showing the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide one of the following resolutions:

Replacement of the damaged or defective item at no cost

Full refund to your original payment method

Partial refund or store credit if you choose to keep the item

Return shipping for DOA claims will be covered by us.

What This Warranty Covers:

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper assembly

Normal wear and tear, scratches, or fading over time

Damage caused by accidents, pets, or environmental factors

Items that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than Dwellize

Damage during return shipping not arranged by us

Warranty Duration:

DOA claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For defects discovered after this period, contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss potential resolutions under our standard return policy.

Limitation of Remedies:
