Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy explains how and when you can cancel your order.

Cancellation Before Shipment:

You may request to cancel your order before it ships. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at:

Please provide your order number and request cancellation as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has entered processing or been handed to the carrier.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time are processed the next business day.

Cancellation After Shipment:

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You have two options:

Refuse delivery when the carrier attempts to deliver the package

Accept delivery and initiate a return within 30 days following our Returns & Refund Policy

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

If your cancellation request is successfully processed before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your order has already shipped and you refuse delivery or return the item, the refund will be processed according to our Returns & Refund Policy. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.
