Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship? A: We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Orders of $150.00 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders under $150.00 are charged a flat rate of $12.99.

Q: How long does delivery take? A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is typically 4–8 business days from order placement.

Q: Which carriers do you use? A: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on your location.

Q: Will I receive tracking information? A: Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q: What if my order is delayed? A: While delays are rare, they can occur due to weather or carrier issues. Contact us at info@dwellize.shop and we'll help track your package.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? A: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Q: Who pays for return shipping? A: For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund? A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Q: Are original shipping fees refundable? A: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage).

Q: Do you charge restocking fees? A: No, we do not charge restocking fees.

Orders & Payments

Q: Are taxes included in the price? A: Yes. All prices displayed include applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional taxes at checkout.

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: You may request to cancel before your order ships by contacting us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Q: What if my item arrives damaged? A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dwellize.shop with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.

Q: What if I receive the wrong item? A: Contact us within 48 hours at info@dwellize.shop with photos. We will send the correct item and cover return shipping for the incorrect item.
